For direct sign-ups:

  • Password (encrypted)
  • Name (optional for free accounts, required for paid accounts)

For social logins (Google, Twitter, Apple):

  • Email address
  • Name (when provided by the service)
  • Profile ID from the service
  • We do not receive or store your passwords from these services

Payment Information

For product purchases and subscriptions:

  • Credit card information is processed securely by Stripe.com
  • We only store the last 4 digits of your card
  • For physical products: name, email address, shipping address, and phone number
  • For subscriptions: name, email address, and last 4 digits of your credit card

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our services
  • To process transactions and manage your account
  • To communicate with you about your account or transactions
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing Policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, ever. This applies to your name, email address, and any personal information you provide.

The only exceptions are:

  • Service providers who help us operate our platform (like Stripe for payments)
  • When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Security

Our application is designed to be as secure as possible, and we constantly monitor for security issues. We host the site and database on Heroku, a world-class secure server, and distribute globally with Cloudflare's security services. Our application code is regularly updated to the latest security standards.

5. Database Entries

Only you can see that you are the owner of your data, and only you can edit your own data. Your database entries are available to all members of the site, as are their entries available to you, but you cannot see who owns that data.

You will see the Show and Edit options on your database entries only. On all other entries, you will see the Show option only.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request export of your data

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless legally required to retain it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
